Week two of the Inglewood Ball Hockey League is in the books with a double game night week.

April 24 2018

Fisker Contracting 2
Lockyer + Hein were able to keep the winning alive with a win over Fisker Contracting. Lamp lighting for Lockyer were Wesley Schindel from David Dlugozima, Jacob Mota-Wyatt from Robert Gallippi & Dlugozima, Rocco Manicone (unassisted), Anthony Kocchiu from Claudio Gallippi & Mota-Wyatt, Nathan Patterson from Manicone & R. Gallippi, and Schindel from Patterson & Dlugozima. Fisker firers were Dan Buckland & Brandon Hiltz, both unassisted.

Tav Sells stayed atop the league standings with their 2nd large margin win of the year, beating Mr. Handyman. Tav twine ticklers were Anthony Palmeri from Paul Squissato, Anthony Gonsalves from Palmeri & Mike McCollum, McCollum from Palmeri & Alex Commacio, Mark Lamming from Rob Ricci & Adam Peterson, McCollum from Ricci & Justin Comacchio, and Palmeri (unassisted). Handyman’s lone marker came from Nicholas Figliomeni with help by Chris Della Mora & Chris Peters.

Caledon Hills Cycling  1
In the first tie of the season neither Carney Plumbing nor Caledon Hills Cycling could best the other on this night. Carney’s go to guy was Elio Nunes from Shawn Lane, and Caledon Hills goal getter was Kurt Snell from Kyle Dalcin.

360 Tire Service 6
We Are Creative 2
In a repeat of the first game’s score 360 Tire Service were able to best We Are Creative and get the victory. 360 bin bulgers were Mike O’Reilly from Kelvin Young, Jeff Ferguson from Young & Frankie Carricatio, Ferguson from Graham Staley, Brandon Sinclair from Simon Nicholson, Wendle Simpson from Staley & Ferguson, and Nicholson from Simpson & Jake Sterritt. We are Creative warriors were Dryden Vandenbosh from Gavin D’Eri, and Mark Zijlstra from Vandenbosh.

The short-benched Tav Sells team didn’t let that stop them from getting the win over Fisker Contracting and taking their 3rd win in a row. Twine ticklers for Tav were Mike McCollum from David Nail, Alex Comacchio from McCollum, Paul Squissato from Mike Bibby, Comacchio from Rob Ricci & Squissato, and Ricci from Nail & McCollum. Fisker firers were Brandon Hiltz from Mike Tangianu & Ben O’Leary, and Shane Veenstra from Tyler Cameron & Aaron Cameron.

Carney Plumbing  1
We Are Creative took full advantage of the short-benched Carney Plumbing crew and got the win. We Are warriors were Dryden Vandenbosh with the hat-trick and Brent Atkins with the single. Assists went to Jake Nixon, Sean Fitzpatrick, Vandenbosh, Tony Sousa, Sebastian Riedelsheimer, and Anthony Mellace. Carney’s lone lamp lighter was Josh VanAmelsvoot from Melissa Boufounos.

360 Tire Service       2
In a tight battle 360 Tire Service jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first with Andy Williams and Wendle Simpson potting the markers with Williams, & Kyle Young getting helpers. The second frame saw Caledon Hills Cycling come back with one from Geoff Lyons helped by Jordan Thompson & Ryan Dunn. Then in the 3rd Lyons found the back of the twine tent to tie the game assisted by Thompson & Albert Bettridge.

Mr. Handyman  2
In another tight one neither team could best the other on this night, leaving Lockyer + Hein and Mr. Handyman locked at 2’s and giving no quarter. Lockyer lasers were fired by David Dlugozima (unassisted) and Robert Gallippi from Dlugozima & Jake Power. Handyman heroes were Chris Peters from Joey Labao & Chris Della Mora, and Della Mors from Pietro DeMarchi & Adam Brinn.
